1. How much does a business address in Zug cost?

You’re spoiled for choice. Our prices start at CHF 49 per month plus VAT for a c/o business address. Starting at CHF 199 per month plus VAT, you can get a lease agreement that provides your company with an official legal domicile. And for CHF 399 per month, you get a SharingDesk with unlimited use and additional benefits.

2. What’s the difference between the Light and Basic packages?

The Light package includes only a c/o address with mail forwarding and no rental space. Therefore, you cannot use a SharingDesk or the meeting room, and you are not a full-fledged tenant with us, as this is merely a “mailbox service.” With the Basic package, you have all the benefits of the business center as well as a workspace with flexible usage options. This means your company also receives an official lease agreement and, with it, recognition of its legal domicile.​

 

3. I’m a one-person LLC and am often on the road visiting clients. Is the Light package sufficient for a tax domicile?

No, the Light Package is generally intended for shell companies that have no employees. For companies engaged in operational activities, a legal domicile is required, which we offer starting with the Basic Package for CHF 199 or the Basic Plus Package for CHF 399.​

 

4. So do I need the Basic package for my GmbH/AG?

If you’re actively conducting business (e.g., paying yourself a salary) and want to transfer your tax domicile, we recommend the Basic package or higher, as this will provide you with a legal domicile.​

 

5. What is a legal domicile?

A legal domicile is a company’s official registered office. To obtain this status, the company needs a lease agreement for its own premises or a corresponding portion of space, as well as workstations. With our Basic or Basic+ package, along with additional rental space (private offices), we offer this at an affordable price.​

 

6. Do I have to rent an office to move my company’s registered office to your location?

No, it’s sufficient to sign up for the Basic package for just CHF 199. Everything is included in the shared-space model.​

 

7. What do I get with the Basic package for CHF 199 per month?

In addition to the business address, you can use the meeting room for a fee. Use of the coffee bar and lounge is included in the base price. You can purchase coffee for a fee using a prepaid chip. Furthermore, your company’s name will be displayed at the entrance, and we’ll handle your mail for you—including forwarding (for a fee)—for any mail that arrives physically at our location.

8. What’s the difference between Basic and Basic Plus?

It’s simple: Basic Plus is a flat rate—you get unlimited access to the coworking space (1 workstation), coffee bar, and lounge. The Basic package includes only the registered business address without any physical services. The meeting room or a workstation can be used for a fee.​

 

9. What if I want my own office?

No problem! In addition to the Basic and Basic Plus packages, you can rent a single, two-person, or three-person office at any time, even on short notice. These offices range from 12 to 24 m² and are fully furnished. Bookings and cancellations are subject to a short notice period of 3 months, giving you maximum flexibility.​

 

10. Is there an additional charge for mail forwarding?

Yes, we charge the following rates for mail processing, including forwarding:

B/C5 letter mail within Switzerland CHF 5.00 handling fee, including B-Mail fees

B/C4 letter mail within Switzerland CHF 7.50 handling fee, including B-Mail fees

Package shipments within Switzerland up to 10 kg CHF 20.00 handling fee, including B-Mail fees

Package shipments 11 to 30 kg CHF 30.00 handling fee, including B-Mail fees​

B/C5 letter mail (<100 g) EU CHF 9.50 handling fee, including B-Mail fees

Letter mail B/C4 (<100g) EU CHF 12.50 handling fee, including B-Post fees​

 

Due to administrative overhead and automated mail processing procedures, it is not possible to pick up mail items in person at our Business Center.

11. Is the phone number included for free with the Basic Package?

We offer Sipcall’s free VOIP prepaid service with the Swiss 032 area code. The service can be ordered directly from the provider. An 041 area code is available for an additional fee. This service can be used via an app on your smartphone.

12. Is the phone service included in the Basic package?

13. Do I have to rent a parking space if I want to register a vehicle?

Yes, for every vehicle registered to your company at our address (ZG license plate), you must rent a parking space for legal reasons (SVG). However, if the car won’t be parked here very often, you can rent a shared parking space from us for just CHF 49.

14. How quickly can I get a registered address with you?

Immediately! A registered address will be available within 24–48 hours. You can submit the lease agreement online right away, and we’ll get back to you shortly with the signed contract.
